You will lead the creative vision for our mall, designing immersive displays that grab attention, elevate our brand, and turn casual window shoppers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Merchandising: Design and execute forward-thinking visual layouts that improve the overall customer journey.
• Trend Leadership: Keep our look modern and "on-brand" by integrating the latest global design movements and retail techniques.
• Consumer Insights: Use your knowledge of our local target market to create displays that resonate with our shoppers tastes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing department to ensure all physical displays perfectly complement ongoing digital and seasonal promotions.

• Education: A Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a similar creative field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in visual design, ideally within a shopping mall or large-scale retail environment.
• Technical Artistry: A deep mastery of color theory, spatial arrangements, and core design principles.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion while leading a creative team.
• Eye for Detail: A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build high-impact, effective retail installations.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to present creative concepts and collaborate with various stakeholders.
