Visual Display And Design Manager

As the Visual Display and Design Manager, youll be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging displays that captivate our customers and showcase our retail offerings in the most appealing way. This is a full-time position based in SM Lanang.

What youll be doing

• Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience for our customer
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to keep our malls visual presentation fresh and on-bran
• Maintain a strong understanding of our target market and customer preferences to inform your design decision
• Work closely with the marketing team to align visual displays with promotional campaigns

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual display and design, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry
• Proven track record of creating visually striking and effective in-store display
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning
• Excellent project management and team leadership skill
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
