Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as Accountant. This role will focus on financial reporting and supporting the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling audit-related matters and is comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting documents for internal and external audits
  • Liaise with external auditors and HQ finance team to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal postings and accruals
  • Support in Monthly report generation.
  • Support the implementation and review of internal controls and financial processes
  • Assist in intercompany transactions and balance confirmations across regional entities
  • Work closely with operations, HR, and procurement teams on finance-related matters
  • Any other ad hoc requests from reporting manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior audit exposure
  • Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax/GST regulations
  • Strong attention to detail, able to manage deadlines across multiple entities
  • Good communication skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Experience in the entertainment, retail, or F&B sector is an advantage
  • Audit experience is preferred.
  • Consolidation experience is preferred.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting system (training will be provided).
  • Knowledge of tax regulations related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
