Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Assist Worksop Manager to plan, schedule the manpower and plant
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully in good quality and on time
• Supervise subordinates to complete the operations in a safe manner
• Coordinate with project managers for purchase of hardware, spare parts for machineries, plant and equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers with regards to the repair and maintenance of machineries and equipment
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  
  

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction industry, including management of workshop
• Must have experience in the handling of Diaphragm wall machines, boring and foundation machines, cranes and excavators
• Independent and able to lead a team
