Job Description

  • Start-of shift production calibration to cover critical announcements and quality issues.
  • Monitor attendance, efficiency and quality performance of all personnel under their shift. Implement company and manufacturing policies to ensure that quality and safety are maintained.
  • Performs Line Balancing, Resources management (Man/Machine/Materials) by working with Equipment, Process Engineering, HR, PC and IE, and other Support groups.
  • Perform required DnD (Discipline & Dismissal) in adherence to company policies. Conducts investigation and analysis on the quality and safety related incident. Monitors and drives improvement of weekly KPIs and Operation Indices.
  • Maintains and oversees overall activities of production line in compliance to Specification requirement.
  • Manages certification and develop flexibility programs for operators. Demonstrates Enhanced Supervisory Skills in Staffing, Leading, and Controlling thru Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills; Motivational Skills; and Constructive Criticism

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Industrial Engg (IE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or equivalent technical course.
  • 3-5 years experience as production supervisor at any semiconductor company
  • Good in English communication both in oral and written. Able to communicate and interact as team player.
  • Capable to lead and coach people.
  • Knowledgeable in MS office.
  • Understand basic problem analysis tools such as QC tools, and PDCA
