Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs such as productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time dispatch.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet daily operational requirements.
• Monitor adherence to DHL Supply Chain policies, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Lead and develop supervisors and warehouse personnel through coaching, performance management, and talent development programs.
• Ensure strict implementation of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) standards.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address operational issues, implement solutions, and maintain strong business relationships.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making and performance reviews.
• Support site budget management, cost control initiatives, and productivity improvement programs.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics operation.
• Experience handling large-scale warehouse operations and customer-facing accounts is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, transportation, and warehouse best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when business operations require.
