Roles & Responsibilities

Youll Make An Impact By

• Lead Performance Reporting: Prepare essential Sales dashboards, reports, and presentations for the Zone Sales Finance team and senior management, ensuring clear communication of financial results.
• Support Budgeting & Forecasting: Play a key role in the annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles by consolidating inputs from LCBs, performing critical analysis, and scrutinizing financial variances.
• Enhance Reporting Standards: Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools and analytics frameworks to significantly improve transparency and consistency in sales and financial performance across the Zone.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Leverage advanced data visualization and analytics tools to deliver concrete, actionable insights that directly support business steering and strategy refinement.
• Ensure Data Quality & Consistency: Work closely with the Zone Sales Finance Domain, and LCB FP&A teams to enforce consistency in reporting processes and maintain high data quality.
• Champion Digital Finance: Actively explore and implement opportunities for digital transformation in finance, utilizing new technologies to automate and streamline analytical processes.
  
  

Your Defining Qualities

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience & Acumen: 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, business controlling, or a similar role, with a solid understanding of P&L, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, along with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Basic to intermediate skills in SQL and/or Python are preferred.
• Specialized Certifications: Highly valued expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA/UiPath), CRM Administration (Salesforce), and Advanced Financial Compliance (Securities and Investment Trust).
• Advanced Financial Compliance (Securities and Investment Trust knowledge will be an added advantage).
• Collaboration: Ability to work in an intercultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams, with a curiosity for digital transformation.
