Job Description

Location: Maa, Davao Del Sur (Full Onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8am to 6pm

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the sales targets of the assigned group and managing the performance and development of Sales Engineers. This role ensures the effective implementation of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and team leadership to drive overall business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • With sales background in water filtration, kitchen equipment, laundry machines and air-conditioning systems is highly preferred.
  • Must have experience in doing B2B sales with hospitality, food & beverage, or related industries.
  • Goal-oriented with strong strategic planning and organizational skills.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales activities in line with company policies, principles, and the directives of the Assistant Vice President - Sales
  • Engages with customers and industry partners to evaluate and promote enhanced and expanded services within the assigned area
  • Develops operational plans for the effective use of materials, machines, and workforce
  • Reviews production costs, product quality, and adjusts production and inventory control strategies to maintain and enhance the branchs profitability
  • Monitors competitor operations and formulates sales programs aimed at expanding market reach
  • Oversees the preparation and accuracy of accounting records
  • Prepares and recommends the annual budget to management
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
