Job Description

Build, develop, and grow strong, long-term customer accounts
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
Act as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing customer concerns and ensuring high satisfaction
Deliver exceptional service by understanding and responding to the evolving needs of existing clients
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance against agreed objectives and targets
Manage and nurture relationships with key and major customers
Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing structures, and market developments

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the appliances or electronics industry
Demonstrated success in account development and account management, including managing and growing existing customer portfolios
Strong ability to handle customer concerns and service-related issues while maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships
Track record of consistently achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing key and major customer accounts
Proficient in English and MS Office applications, particularly Excel for sales reporting, tracking, and price list management
