Job Description
SupportYourApp is hiring an L2 Backend Developer and Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support for global clients. You will build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Kafka, while guiding customers through complex troubleshooting and incidents.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with Zoho Desk for incident handling, and use Slack and JIRA for coordination in a fully remote setup.
