Quality Assurance Specialist Dayshift

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The QA Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our diverse business units, including E-commerce, Retail, Food Services, Link Program, and Membership. This position requires a thorough understanding of our various business operations, auditing criteria, and adherence to our internal quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed audits across all designated business units: E-commerce, Retail, Food Services, Link Program, and Membership.

Ensure all quality standards are met and consistent across all platforms and services.

Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify areas for quality improvement and implement effective solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.

Participate in the development and calibration of internal auditing tools and processes.

Work closely with the Chief Auditor to ensure full calibration and alignment with company-wide quality objectives.

Provide comprehensive training and support to other team members, enhancing their understanding of our business operations and quality expectations.

Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings and quality assurance activities.

Requirements And Qualifications

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.

Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Food Services, or related industries.

Familiarity with Link Program Certification in Quality Management.
