Project Electrician

Description

We have an immediate vacancy for a Project Electrician to join our Contract Delivery team, mainly based in the Central Belt.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the electrical supervisor and project manager
• Work on MEICA projects for Scottish Water
• Complete survey works and build reports to the project manager
• Work towards running projects reporting to the project manager
• Have experience working with schematics, cable blocks and specifications
  
  

• Must have 18th edition and have a good understanding of BS7671
• Experience in working with instrumentation
• HNC Electrical eng desirable
• Inspection and testing 2391- desirable
• Doms and water hygiene desirable
• Confined space training desirable
• At least 2 years experience working with Motor Control Centres (MCCs)
• Basic understanding of ELV control circuits
• 2 years experience in water industry or similar industry such as oil and gas
• Confident using various Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, Outlook
