Job Description
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and data management.
A Successful People Partner Should Have
- University degree
- Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a field-facing or operational HR role
- Solid experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner, with field-facing or frontline leadership experience
- Has working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws.
- Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes
