About The Job

The People Partner (Davao) acts as the primary HR representative for assigned Davao field locations/ regions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives at the operational level. This role provides hands-on support to frontline leaders and employees, aligning people practices with business objectives to drive engagement, compliance, and performance in the field.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the point of contact for all HR matters in assigned locations.
  • Partner with local leadership to understand operational priorities and advise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement HR programs and policies in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Collaborate with local administrative staff of HCPH on the various requirements per location.
  • Coach and support frontline managers on performance management, employee relations, and people development.
  • Work closely with the People Partner on employee relations cases, assist in the conduct investigations, and ensure timely case resolution.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding for field roles in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Drive change management and communication during organizational updates or process changes.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and recommend improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs and Shared Services for seamless delivery of HR solutions.

What You Need To Have

  • Minimum 7–10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a field-facing or operational HR role
  • Solid experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner, with field-facing or frontline leadership experience
  • Has working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and local employment laws
  • Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments
  • Skills in coaching, influencing, and conflict resolution
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Skills needed: Influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; listening, consultation and coaching skills; Analytical skills; Problem solving and decision making skills
