What Youll Do

Shape & Drive the People Strategy

  • Partner with functional leaders to develop a people strategy that accelerates business performance.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure successful deployment across the organization.

Lead Organization Evolution & Change

  • Help design the organization of the future by anticipating business needs and proposing innovative people solutions.
  • Lead and support transformation and optimization initiatives using effective change leadership tools and practices.

Coach, Influence & Elevate Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organization development, labor relations, and performance management.
  • Strengthen leadership and managerial effectiveness through coaching, insights, and data-led recommendations.

Build Talent & Capability for Tomorrow

  • Ensure a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles within the region.
  • Drive talent discussions, succession planning, and performance calibration.
  • Guide leaders in building capabilities through meaningful development plans and tailored learning opportunities.

Champion Engagement, Inclusion & Well‑Being

  • Translate employee insights into practical actions that enhance inclusion, engagement, well‑being, and team effectiveness.
  • Bring our PMI DNA behaviors and growth mindset to life through initiatives that resonate locally while aligned with global standards.

Safeguard a Strong Employee Experience

  • Provide guidance on complex employee and labor relations matters.
  • Ensure consistent policy application and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with P&C centers of expertise to ensure excellent delivery of core P&C services.

What You Need To Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a Business Partner role within a dynamic environment.
    • Strong grounding in P&C areas such as, but not limited to Organization Effectiveness, Talent & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Reward, Employee Experience
    • A mindset that data‑driven, business‑focused, and experience‑led
    • Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and influence at all levels.
    • Strong consulting and coaching skills, grounded in empathy and practicality.
Work Schedule and Location:

  • Generally, Mondays to Fridays, fulltime onsite
