What Youll Do
Shape & Drive the People Strategy
Partner with functional leaders to develop a people strategy that accelerates business performance.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure successful deployment across the organization.
Lead Organization Evolution & Change
Help design the organization of the future by anticipating business needs and proposing innovative people solutions.
Lead and support transformation and optimization initiatives using effective change leadership tools and practices.
Coach, Influence & Elevate Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organization development, labor relations, and performance management.
Strengthen leadership and managerial effectiveness through coaching, insights, and data-led recommendations.
Build Talent & Capability for Tomorrow
Ensure a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles within the region.
Drive talent discussions, succession planning, and performance calibration.
Guide leaders in building capabilities through meaningful development plans and tailored learning opportunities.
Champion Engagement, Inclusion & Well‑Being
Translate employee insights into practical actions that enhance inclusion, engagement, well‑being, and team effectiveness.
Bring our PMI DNA behaviors and growth mindset to life through initiatives that resonate locally while aligned with global standards.
Safeguard a Strong Employee Experience
Provide guidance on complex employee and labor relations matters.
Ensure consistent policy application and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
Partner with P&C centers of expertise to ensure excellent delivery of core P&C services.
What You Need To Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a Business Partner role within a dynamic environment.
Strong grounding in P&C areas such as, but not limited to Organization Effectiveness, Talent & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Reward, Employee Experience
A mindset that data‑driven, business‑focused, and experience‑led
Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and influence at all levels.
Strong consulting and coaching skills, grounded in empathy and practicality.
Work Schedule and Location:
Generally, Mondays to Fridays, fulltime onsite
