Job Description
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Lead performance management and employee development programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including HMO coverage.
- Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
A Successful HR Manager Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the Consumer industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP 1170000 to PHP 1430000 annually.
