Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment: Posting job listings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and updating internal databases.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling HR-related paperwork.
  • Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing events, surveys, and initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Assisting with HR Projects: Participating in various HR-related projects and liaising with other departments as needed.
  • Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the organization and the interns level of experience

Experience

  • Graduating University or University graduate

Knowledge & Skill

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
