About The Job

The Front End Services Representative is responsible for accurately capturing and verifying patient and insurance information at the start of the revenue cycle. This role ensures that all necessary data is collected to enable clean and timely claim submission, while supporting communication between patients, providers, and internal teams.

What Youll Do

• Review system notes
• Maintain daily record of activities
• Check emails for tasks to complete and respond accordingly
• Call and Process authorization requests to/from insurance companies
• Follow up pending authorization requests to insurance companies
  
  

• College graduate/level
• A minimum of 2 years BPO experience
• Experience/exposure in healthcare industry
• A minimum of two years of medical billing experience is preferred
• Two years of medical coding, billing, and management experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English
• Excellent phone skills and skilled at fast-paced follow up
• The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities
• Knowledge and experience using various Electronic Medical Record programs
• Knowledge of commonly used medical coding and billing terms and concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, payers, clients, patients, and other departments
• Detail oriented, strategic thinking, investigative skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to promote favorable company image with patients, insurance companies, and general
• public
• Ability to perform other job duties upon request
