What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and providing administrative support. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
What are you expected to do?
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients via phone and email as needed.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the finance and administrative functions of the company.
Youll be a great fit if:
You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance and administrative role.
You must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
You have great attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
You have strong and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You need to be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
You should be willing to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
You can work on a Monday to Friday, mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Manila Time).
You possess a degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
