The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment and infrastructure within assigned facilities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations. The role manages preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervises technicians and contractors and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
Oversee maintenance and operation of assigned facilities, including building systems and equipment.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs.
Supervise technicians, contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
Manage facility assets, maintenance records and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and statutory requirements.
Drive efficient operations and continuous improvement in facility performance.

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations or engineering maintenance.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
Leadership Competencies
Supervise maintenance technicians and support personnel.
Assign work orders, monitor performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Provide technical guidance and coaching to maintenance staff.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and building management systems.
Experience supervising technicians, contractors and maintenance projects.
Strong troubleshooting, planning and organizational skills.
Licensure / Certification Required
PRC License
