Job Description

The Events & Trade Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of events, activations, and trade marketing initiatives across the Maxicare Group — Maxicare (HMO), MaxiHealth (Clinics), and MaxiLife (Life Insurance).

This hybrid role ensures strong on-ground brand presence, channel activation, and lead generation , supporting business growth through high-impact campaigns across key touchpoints such as Primary Care Clinics (PCCs), retail partners, corporate accounts, and community activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Events & Activations Management
  • Lead planning and execution of internal and external events (product launches, activations, sponsorships, corporate events)
  • Manage full lifecycle: concept, budget, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event reporting
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives
  • Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
  • Develop and execute trade marketing programs to drive visibility, lead generation, and conversion
  • Deploy POSM (point of sale materials), booth setups, and QR-driven campaigns across PCCs, retail, and partner channels
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to align activations with revenue targets
  • Identify high-potential locations and optimize localized campaigns
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as central coordinator across Marketing, Sales, HR, and external partners
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and agency deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and financial processes
  • Brand Experience & Execution Excellence
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand experience across all on-ground executions
  • Oversee implementation of branding, customer engagement, and experiential elements
  • Drive innovative activation formats to enhance customer interaction and lead capture
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Prepare post-activity reports and actionable insights for optimization
  • Maintain accurate documentation of budgets, assets, and campaign results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in events management, trade marketing, or brand activations
  • Strong project management, coordination, and vendor management skills
  • Data-driven with ability to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects

Other Requirements

  • Willing to travel and be deployed nationwide for activations and on-ground execution
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
