Job Description

HSPM Responsibilities

Coordinate with related parties to control hazardous substances compliance in products, processes, and supply-chains. Timely monitor and ensure that the product environmental substances reports are valid/updated. Support New Material Qualification Review – HSPM Requirement Compliance Arrange the internal training on Product Environment Requirements such as RoHS, REACH, etc.

Employee Suggestions and CIT Programs

Conduct orientation/ trainings on the MPHIL Continuous Improvement process. Perform preliminary assessment of enrolled Employee Suggestions. Monitor approval and implementation closure of Employee Suggestions. Monitors Continuous Improvement Teams enrollment and project cycle completion.

ERP/ AX Responsibilities

Performs “Item Creation”, “BOM” and “Route” updates in the Enterprise Resource Planning application.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate - New college graduate
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Has working knowledge on generally used MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
