This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader, Deputy Principal to make a significant impact within Longreach School Of Distance Education. The role offers the chance to shape strategic direction, influence teaching and learning, and contribute to a positive and inclusive culture.

Highly Desirable Skills And Experience

  • Proven leadership experience within an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance
  • Experience of leading teams and managing staff performance effectively
  • Ability to analyse data and use it to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in safeguarding, student support, and promoting positive outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders
