Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Process and update appropriate electronic records
  • Handle clarifications or escalations


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO voice experience
  • Excellent communication skills, comprehension, and professionalism when handling clarifications or escalations
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Able to follow structured processes and data validation guidelines
  • Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality
  • Can work shifting schedules and weekends as required
