About The Job

Are you someone who thrives on helping others and creating meaningful interactions? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued donors—handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing follow-ups, and issuing tax-related documents. Your work will be key to ensuring a seamless and positive donor experience. If you have a background in the BPO industry, especially in customer-facing or sales-focused roles, and youre passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

What Youll Do

  • Handle inbound inquiries related to donations, providing clear and helpful information
  • Conduct proactive outreach to donors via phone, email, and SMS for updates and follow-ups
  • Support donors by processing tax receipts, vacation vouchers, and profile updates
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and ensure timely follow-up
  • Resolve issues or concerns promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary
  • Stay informed on current company offerings, services, and procedures to provide accurate support
  • Foster strong donor relationships through personalized, professional service

What Youll Bring

  • College degree or some college education
  • 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry, ideally in a client service or sales role
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen attention to detail and active listening abilities
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work on-site during graveyard shifts (night hours) as required
  • A proactive, solution-driven approach to resolving issues
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
