About The Job

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking calls with donors regarding pick-ups, tax receipts, and follow-ups

What Youll Do

  • Takes inbound donation and inquiry calls
  • Does outbound calls/emails/texts for donation follow-ups
  • Schedules pick-ups between Towers and Donors
  • Engages in customer service/ offers assistance for existing Donors (eg. send tax receipts/vacation vouchers, update accounts, etc.)

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any related degree
  • Has BPO experience with sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language is required
  • Conversational Spanish
