Job Description

The Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the execution, control, and discipline of all day-to-day farm operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with established SOPs and biosecurity standards.

• Worker Supervision & Discipline
• Flock Monitoring & Immediate Response
• Egg Collection & Quality Control
• Biosecurity Enforcement (Critical Role)
• Feed Trial Execution (Strict Compliance Role)
• Data Recording & Reporting (Critical Responsibility)
• Equipment & Facility Monitoring
• Feed Trial Coordination and Execution
• Administrative and Farm Support Duties
• Record Keeping
• Inventory Monitoring
• Work Scheduling
• Communication
  

• Degree in Agriculture / Animal Science (preferred)
  
  

• 2–5 years experience in broiler breeder operations
• Strong practical knowledge of:
• Bird handling
• Egg collection
• Farm routines
  

• PRC License (Preferred)
  
  

• Highly disciplined
• Detail-oriented
• Assertive with workers
• Reliable and consistent
• Follows instructions precisely
  
  

• High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written(technical/financial) communication skills.
