Branch Sales Officer Engagement

About The Role

As Branch Sales Officer (Engagement), you will cater to various frontline engagement and communication requirements to and from our internal partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our frontline partners (e.g. branches, Wealth RMs), managing communications and events for the division.

How You’ll Contribute

• Ensures effective implementation of all Group initiatives. Making sure that programs are properly cascaded to frontliners (e.g. BBG, CCG, Telesales) via virtual and/or face to face trainings.
• Implement localized marketing packages and events of the assigned region, driving NTB and ETB growth.
• Design, implement, and promote structures and frameworks that support data-driven decision making.
• Arranges and facilitates regular cadence with the Region Head and Area Head and perform business reviews.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Must have at least 4-7 years of experience, preferably from banking or fintech industry
• Proven ability to quickly understand the business context from multiple lenses - macroeconomic to microeconomic
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and can easily adjust and relate to different positions within the bank
• Willing to do fieldwork, branch/area/region visits
• Must be a resident of Cebu or Davao
