Bookkeeper Medicaid Billing

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in Medicaid billing and QuickBooks data entry. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent accuracy, and the ability to manage billing and financial records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Medicaid billing and maintain accurate billing records.
• Enter and update financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Review and verify billing and payment information for accuracy.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and payment posting.
• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial and billing documentation.
• Prepare basic reports and assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and accounting matters.
  
  
  

• Previous experience in bookkeeping and Medicaid billing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and accurate data entry.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
