You will handle patient onboarding, scheduling, insurance verification, and communications in English and Spanish. Ideal candidates are proactive multitaskers with strong data-entry accuracy, HIPAA knowledge, and experience with EMR/EHR systems; ability to work independently while maintaining high service.
