Job Description

The HR associate for Talent Attraction is responsible for responding to the manpower/talent requirements of the organization through internal and external sourcing ensuring timely and efficient deployment of matched candidates in a vacant position.

Job Responsibilities

• Plans the efficient use of resources required to implement the tasks assigned to achieve the section’s objectives, initiatives and output
• Develop a schedule for completion that effectively allocates the resources to the duties
• Coordinates with fellow team members in carrying out assignment
• Prepares training reports for EXCOM and AP Corporate HR for monitoring purposes.
• Submits monthly OPEX variance analysis to the HR Supervisor for operational analysis
• Assists in the implementation of AP and AP-DU initiatives and submits reports regularly/ as required and supports in the implementation of all HR initiative and company activities.
• Monitors stock of materials needed in department operations and prepares requisition when necessary. Checks with Materials Management for the timeliness of the delivery or availability.
• Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader
  
  

• Must be a Graduate of any Business or Social Science related course
• With working skills on Google Suite ( email, sheets, meet)
• With good written and oral communication skills; and
• At least 2 years experience in Recruitment/Human Resources an advantage.
