Area Technician

Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall upkeep of amusement center machines to ensure proper operation and minimize machine downtime. The position also provides supervision, training, and development support to JTs and Trainors and provides recommendations for machine-related concerns and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of amusement center machines
• Monitor the condition and performance of machines and identify technical or maintenance concerns
• Coordinate and provide guidance to JTs and Trainors in the proper handling, operation, and basic maintenance of machines
• Conduct training and provide technical guidance to JTs and Trainors as needed
• Monitor the quality and completion of maintenance and repair activities
• Provide recommendations and suggestions regarding machine repair, maintenance, and operational concerns
• Coordinate with concerned personnel regarding machine issues and required repairs or maintenance activities
• Maintain proper documentation and records of repair and maintenance activities
• Travel to assigned amusement center locations as needed to provide technical and operational support
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or any related/equivalent course
• At least one (1) year of experience in repair and maintenance of amusement center machines or related equipment
• Good communication and time management skills
• Willing to travel to different assigned locations
• High integrity and good moral character
• Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and drive in performing assigned responsibilities
• Able to balance quantity and quality of work
• Assertive and confident in addressing work-related concerns
• Able to train, guide, and develop JTs and Trainors
• Quick learner and able to work effectively as part of a team
