Appraiser

Job Summary

• Conducts inspection, verification and assigns value to moderate to complex properties being appraised. Prepares appraisal reports of the properties being appraised for loan, sale and acquisition purposes.
  
  

• Ensures administration and maintenance of warehouse and bank-owned properties managed by the Asset Management and Remedial Group (AMRG) located in the Visayas and Mindanao Areas.
• Assists the Bank-Owned and Warehouse Management Section (BOWMS) Head in coming up with recommendations on processes and procedures in maintaining the bank-owned properties and leased auto warehouses of the bank.
  
  

• College graduate preferably with a degree in Engineering or Real Estate Management.
• Can handle valuation of complex properties including machinery and equipment, partial interest and marine vessels, advance knowledge in technical and property laws.
• Must be a licensed real estate appraiser and with at least 5 years experience in property valuation.
