Position Overview:

This role supports the company’s operations across all locations. It ensures accurate payroll preparation, government contributions, reimbursements, vendor coordination, and financial documentation. As the company continues to grow, the role is designed to remain flexible and adaptable, providing wider operational support where needed.

The position assists the Country Coordinator and Talent Acquisition teams with administrative tasks, reporting, cost tracking, etc. The role helps maintain smooth day-to-day processes, supports compliance requirements, and contributes to building stronger internal systems as the organisation expands.

Key Responsibilities:

People (Primary)

  • Prepare payroll inputs and attendance-related financial checks
  • Process SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth contributions
  • Handle reimbursements and liquidations
  • Maintain finance trackers (payments, vendor accounts, invoices)
  • Assist in BIR documentation and financial reporting
  • Coordinate vendor payments and financial schedules


Admin (Secondary)

  • Maintain payroll-related employee files
  • Support documentation for permits and renewals
  • Prepare compliance-related financial documents


Operational & TA Support (As Needed)

  • Validate attendance for payroll
  • Assist in recruitment documentation
  • Provide financial reports needed by Ops or TA
  • Support national administrative initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Shows firm mastery of payroll fundamentals and statutory contributions.
  • Demonstrates precision in reconciliations, compliance files, and financial documentation.
  • Uses spreadsheets and finance trackers with disciplined structure.
  • Operates effectively across Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition workflows.
  • Communicates clearly in spoken and written English.
  • Manages multiple reporting cycles without loss of accuracy.
  • Lives within 10 km of the Davao office or commits to relocate prior to onboarding.
  • Upholds confidentiality across sensitive financial and personnel data.
