What are you expected to do?

• Accurately and efficiently process accounts receivable transactions while maintaining ownership of the numbers.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve policies and recommend smarter, more effective processes.
• Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Support internal and external audits with confidence and attention to detail.
• Prepare, post, and process cash receipts promptly to ensure steady cash flow.
• Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Manage collection efforts and related functions to ensure consistent follow-up and results.
  
  
  

Youll be a great fit if:

• You hold an Associates degree or Bachelor in Accounting or a related field with 1–3 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience.
• You excel in AR functions, including collections, invoicing, and reconciliations, with a strong understanding of Australian accounting practices and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proficient in accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Navision and eager to deepen your expertise.
• You bring advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, and thrive on analyzing data with precision to catch what others might miss.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with teams across the business.
