• Daily In-depth assessment/screening of all agent applicants. 

• Ensuring strong implementation and application of STAR based competency interviewing during all In-depth interviews 

• Meeting and hitting required Ops Validation endorsements per day 

• Updating of the training roster as per designated and assigned account 

• Expectation setting to all applicants regarding the overall screening process and relate stages. 

• Ensures multiple account endorsement dependent on the applicant’s experience and compromise during the preliminary assessment setting of expectations. 

• Making sure that all applicants processed on a daily basis are well informed of the stage of their application, their status and compliance of completing all necessary information gathering through filling out of the Applicant Kiosk. 

• Meeting and greeting as promptly and appropriately all external vendors, applicants and employees who have recruitment related transactions and directing them to specific critical contact person as per request and demand. 

• Answers courteously and promptly all phone queries from applicants, external vendors and employees who may have or does not have any recruitment related concerns to be directed to appropriate contact person or department. 
• Attends scheduled STEP and other related interviewing calibration 

• Completes STEP certification 

• Completes Customer Service 101 training 

• Completes TSI Targeted selection certification training 

• Attends mid-management leadership training 

• Submission of weekly processed and endorsements
