About the Role



Snapscale is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to support an IT services provider specializing in managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, VoIP, and manufacturing IT solutions. This role focuses on AI-enhanced marketing, content strategy, marketing automation, campaign optimization, analytics, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and innovative marketer with strong experience using AI tools and data to improve marketing performance, content output, and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities may include



• Develop and execute AI-enhanced marketing strategies for automation, personalization, segmentation, and predictive analytics
• Manage and mentor a marketing team across performance marketing, content creation, and design
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, and AdCreative.ai
• Plan and execute product and service launches using data-driven content
• Optimize marketing funnels, conversion paths, and customer journeys
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and support pipeline growth
• Analyze marketing performance through AI-powered dashboards and adjust strategies based on results
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on performance and ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing or leading AI-enhanced campaigns
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools such as HubSpot, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, or Mutiny
• Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing performance metrics
• Strong understanding of growth strategies and data-driven marketing
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be willing to work remotely
• Must have stable internet connection
