Sales Support Assistant

Responsible in providing adequate back-up to AO by entertaining telephone and walk-in inquiries of clients, dealers, salesmen, brokers and branch managers; provides quality service to branch managers, dealers, brokers, salesmen and clients; assists AO in loan documentations, assists AO in launching of DOW Promo and Car Sales Caravan.

• Document and records loan applications received for the day.
• Process accounts for review and booking
• Monitor status of clients’ applications and requests for credit/background investigations, appraisal and relays status of application to clients
• Assist AO in following up lacking requirements needed for booking
• Ensure prompt relay of credit decisions to branch managers, clients, dealers, salesmen, brokers as well as pre/post booking requirements
• Facilitate signing of loan documents
• Accept payments (loan amortization) in the form of postdated checks, down payments, and CM fees in the form of check
• Relay deficiencies of loan documents for booking as well as forward such to CLG-LOS
• Maintenance of records and files of approved/disapproved/cancelled applications
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
