Healthcare Virtual Assistant Patient Coordination And Marketing Support Onsite

About the Role:



Snapscale is looking for a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) to support a US-based Direct Primary Care practice. This role combines patient coordination, healthcare administrative support, and marketing/outreach.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and personable, with strong healthcare support experience and the ability to assist with both patient-facing tasks and marketing materials.

Responsibilities may include:



• Handle patient calls, messages, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and patient care coordination
• Navigate healthcare platforms such as Spruce Health, LabCorp, and CoverMyMeds
• Manage emails, patient documentation, and administrative tasks
• Learn and communicate the practice’s Direct Primary Care services
• Support marketing and outreach activities and help create marketing materials

Requirements

• Experience in a US-based healthcare/medical office environment
• Experience with patient communication, scheduling, and healthcare coordination
• Familiarity with EMR/CRM and healthcare platforms is a plus
• Marketing experience or experience creating marketing materials
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Must be willing to work onsite
