We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and nurture new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship building.

Youll identify target accounts, research decision-makers, personalize outreach, qualify prospects, and create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.

Unlike a purely transactional SDR role, this position emphasizes strategic prospecting, thoughtful communication, and longer-term relationship development, particularly within mid-market and strategic accounts.

•  Identify and engage target accounts through multi-channel outbound strategies (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
• Research key stakeholders and decision-makers within target companies to personalize outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations, assessing fit against ICP criteria.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects over longer nurture cycles through consistent and value-driven follow-up.
• Schedule and confirm discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all activities, interactions, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and follow-up sequences.
• Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline contributions and meeting-booked targets.
• Contribute to the refinement of outreach strategies, scripts, and prospecting playbooks.
• Represent the company professionally at virtual or in-person industry events when applicable.

• 2+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, Business Development, or outbound sales.
• Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting.
• Experience researching target accounts and decision-makers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting prospect qualification or discovery conversations.
• CRM experience, such as: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or Similar platforms
• Comfortable managing multiple prospects across different funnel stages.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex products, services, or value propositions.
• Strong follow-up discipline.
• Strong english proficiency (C1)

• Experience with sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques.
• Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Exposure to solution selling or consultative sales approaches.
• Background in B2B services, SaaS, or agency sales.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline quotas.
