Title: Specialist, Production Planning

The PPIC Specialist is responsible for ensuring continuous supply availability, accurate production planning, and effective inventory level management to support store order requirements and production operations.

• Recommends short‑ and long‑term replenishment plans and analyzes forecast scenarios to prevent stockouts and lapsing.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, QA, and Site Logistics for smooth material flow and timely production schedules.
• Creates process orders, monitors material consumption and yield, and reviews production output.
• Develops raw material procurement plans and issues purchase or stock transport orders.
• Prepares supply, production, and supplier performance reports for decision‑making.
• Manages capacity planning through monthly and weekly production work orders and weekly alignment with Manufacturing.
• Maintains inventory levels by computing buffer stocks, adjusting safety stock, and performing aging assessments.
• Ensures proper inventory turnover and targeted days coverage.
• Supports project initiatives and adheres to company policies, GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; meticulous with numbers and planning details.
  
  

• Graduate of a 4‑year Business course; Industrial Engineering or related Engineering fields preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning within Manufacturing or Food Manufacturing plant.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, ERP/SAP; Anaplan is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu (Full Onsite)
