Site Logistics Assistant Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Onsite

Location: Danao, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
• Managing and supervising activities within the area to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
• Coordinating with Utilities & Facilities Engineering teams and service providers to ensure proper functioning of cold and dry storage areas, material-handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities.
• Tracking stock aging and identifying materials nearing expiration to ensure timely and appropriate disposition.
• Ensuring that all raw and packaging materials are received, handled, and stored according to established guidelines.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, preferably with exposure to Operations Management.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing.
• Strong leadership abilities, integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu.
