Job Summary

The Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. The role ensures smooth warehouse workflow, proper inventory management, and adherence to storage and handling standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and control warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and service providers to ensure all warehouse facilities, cold storage, dry storage, and material-handling equipment are maintained and fully operational.
• Monitor stock aging and promptly flag aging or about-to-expire items for proper disposition.
• Ensure proper receiving, handling, and storage of materials according to company guidelines and standards.
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field with exposure to Operations Management.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing.
• Strong leadership skills, high integrity, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound decision-making ability and strong stress tolerance.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao City, Cebu.
