Manufacturing Assistant Manager FNB Food Production

Location: Danao City, Cebu

Work setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Role Overview

The Manufacturing Assistant Manager supports the planning, coordination, and supervision of production operations within the assigned area. The role ensures production targets are met efficiently while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance with good manufacturing practices. This position also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing plant operations.
• Basic knowledge or practical experience in food processing technology
• Experience in conducting production-related training, seminars, and orientation programs
• Must be residing in, or have relatives in, Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities
  
  
  

• Plan and schedule production activities based on forecasted volumes and actual production requirements
• Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure uninterrupted and efficient production flow within the assigned area
• Ensure consistent compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace standards
• Lead and implement process improvements, equipment enhancements, and operational innovation initiatives
• Review and validate the accuracy and timeliness of production and management reports
• Coordinate and collaborate with other operating units to support overall production objectives
