Operations Supervisor

You’ll ensure consistent operational excellence by establishing , guiding, and monitoring compliance with agreed quality standards across operations.

What you’ll do

• Ensures execution of daily production plan by establishing priorities, monitoring hourly progress, revising schedules, and reporting results of the processing.
• Encodes and Updates transactions immediately upon receipt of e-copy/pod form
• Sends required billing attachment and pre alerts to branches
• Provides on time feedbacks on documentation inquiries to both external and internal customers
• Coordinates daily with the Courier Service Team, truckers and warehouse checkers on the completeness and accuracy of the documents received.
• Coordinates with shippers to resolve problematic transactions and Retrieves pods/bls required by internal and external customers
• Prepares RFA for the wrong encoding, wrong measurement and any approved changes of information of transactions as requested by clients if required .
• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records for analysis of manpower
• utilization as well as records of supplies consumption

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree
• Graduate of any four year course preferably Logistic Management
• Any four year business course
  
  

Professional Experience

• Newly Graduate or 1 yr experience in Logistics Industry
