What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage smooth, engaging end-to-end onboarding experiences for new hires and clients.
• Host live orientation and training sessions, guiding new team members through setup, workflows, and documentation.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers, Team Leads, and Recruitment to align on onboarding schedules and goals.
• Provide hands-on support with client-side account setups and initial integration.
• Track onboarding milestones and gather feedback to continuously improve the new-hire journey.
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Customer Enablement, Support, or HR-related roles.
• 2+ years of experience in the BPO or E-Commerce space (Virtual Assistant experience is a strong plus!).
• Hands-on experience with E-Commerce platforms like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, or Freshdesk.
• Familiarity with team workflow and CRM software such as Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong public speaking and clear written communication skills in English.
• High organizational skills with a natural knack for coaching and motivating others.

• Comfortable working daily with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Slack.
