In This Position, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing small animal consultations with a focus on clear explanations and strong client relationships
• Handling routine surgeries and everyday medical cases with confidence, including periods of sole charge
• Collaborating with colleagues across different sites to ensure continuity of care for shared patients
• Contributing ideas for service development, new clinics or improved ways of working within the practice
  
  

• MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal general practice
• Confidence working sole charge at times, supported by a wider clinical and management team
• Interest in evidence-based medicine and thorough case work-ups
• Positive, team-orientated attitude with good communication skills and a flexible mindset
  
  

• Four-day working week with no out-of-hours commitment as standard
• 1 in 4 Saturday rota, planned to allow predictable weekends and family time
