The successful candidate will be based on one of the two main Dublin & South East Regional Technology & Transformation (DSE T&T) sites with potential opportunities for hybrid working in line with the HSE’s blended working policy. If based in Kilkenny the post holder will be required to travel to the Dublin Office regularly and as required

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade VI DSE T&T Project Support Officer from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Please note, the lifespan of this panel is dependent on the new restructuring within the HSE

Role

Applicants must, at the latest date of application, clearly demonstrate, all of the criteria listed below as relevant to the role:

• Demonstrable experience of working on and supporting the delivery of digital infrastructure and operations or ICT Service Desk role
• Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ICT Digital Infrastructure e.g. ICT networks, servers, desktop, mobile devices Wi-Fi, etc
• Experience working in a similar role
• Qualification in an IT related discipline
