Experience of Areas such as new Communities/minority groups

Working with vulnerable homeless communities/services

Experience of Addiction Services

Experience in addressing health needs of diverse migrant communities

Experience in working with agencies external to the HSE e.g. Dept. of Housing, DSP, and other government departments in relation to vulnerable persons/families

Experience of delivering services in partnership with NGO’s and the management of the funding associated with same

Experience of working with marginalised groups is desirable.

Access to own transport is required as post will involve travel.
