Eligibility Criteria 1.

Experience in the development and management of one or more of the following speciality areas:

• Networks (Protocols, Routing, Network Hardware and Software, WAN and LAN Implementation, WLAN and Network Perimeter). B. Business Enterprise Solutions Telephony – Fixed/Mobile and Unified Collaboration technologies
• Emergency Services – Service Operations (Design and Support
• Regional Operations – supporting technologies to deliver business functions in Acute and Community environments.
• Covid Operations - Design and support of Covid Centres.
• Technology Deployment (Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Storage Solutions, Database platforms, Hardware/Software, Implementation, Data Centre’s).
• Cloud Technology (Azure, AWS, Salesforce, Oracle, IBM).
• End User Technology
  
  

Demonstrate Proficiency In The Following

• Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems and applications
• Knowledge of the internal components of a desktop computer, including storage drives, motherboard, and power supply.
• Establish and build on good working relationship with customers & end-users
• Troubleshoot and if required, referral of faults to third parties
• Liaison with local and national ICT teams
• Engagement with service providers
• Site assessments
